These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Roll Raider mobile application and any related websites, content, features, and services provided by WikZ LLC (collectively, the "Services").
By downloading, installing, creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and confirm that you have read and understood them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on wikz.games with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy available at https://wikz.games/privacy. By using the Services, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
The Services are not directed to children under 13 years of age. Users between 13 and 18 years old should obtain parental or legal guardian consent before using the Services. We disclaim responsibility for activities conducted by individuals under 13, with or without parental permission. By allowing your child to use the Services, you agree to these Terms on their behalf.
Roll Raider is a mobile game experience that may include required user accounts, gameplay progression systems, in-game rewards and virtual items, a referral feature, public leaderboards including seasonal rankings, and in-app purchases including consumables, non-consumables, and subscriptions. We may add, remove, or modify features at any time.
An account is required to access certain features. You may register or sign in using Apple Sign In, Google Sign In, or email registration. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity conducted under your account.
You agree to use the Services only through authorized means, comply with applicable laws and these Terms, refrain from harassment or abuse, avoid offensive or discriminatory language, not cheat or exploit gameplay, not use bots or multi-accounting to gain unfair advantage, not distribute malicious software, and respect fair competition and user privacy. We may enforce these rules through warnings, score adjustments, suspensions, resets, disqualification, or account termination.
The Services may include public leaderboards including seasonal rankings. Your username, avatar, and gameplay statistics may be displayed publicly within the Services. To preserve competitive fairness, we may review suspicious activity, adjust scores, reset seasonal data, disqualify participants, or enforce account actions.
The Services may include referral codes. Referral tracking is performed server-side to verify eligibility. You agree not to spam invitations, mislead users, impersonate others, or engage in fraudulent referral activity. We may revoke referral benefits and take enforcement action for abuse.
You may earn or purchase virtual items for personal entertainment use. Virtual items are licensed, not owned, are non-transferable, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be sold or exchanged. We may modify or remove virtual items as permitted by law, including for balancing or enforcement purposes.
In-app purchases may include consumables, non-consumables, and subscriptions. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple or Google account settings. Cancellation, renewal, and billing management must be handled directly through the applicable store. All sales are final unless required by applicable law or store policies. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple or Google directly.
Roll Raider may include in-game reward points or progression counters. These rewards are part of gameplay progression, have no monetary value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and cannot be redeemed for cash. They are intended solely for entertainment and progression within the game.
You may not access the Services in unauthorized ways, reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where legally permitted, circumvent security measures, modify or interfere with the Services using third-party tools, or provide unauthorized copies or access. Violation may result in termination and legal action.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts if users violate these Terms or engage in improper activity. Upon termination, unused virtual items and in-game benefits may be forfeited as permitted by law.
We may modify, suspend, reset, or discontinue features at any time including seasonal resets, leaderboard resets, balance adjustments, feature removals, or maintenance downtime. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The Services may rely on third-party providers such as authentication services, analytics providers, crash reporting tools, and advertising networks. These providers operate under their own terms and policies. WikZ is not responsible for third-party services.
All content, software, visuals, designs, trademarks, and branding associated with Roll Raider are owned by WikZ LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written permission.
The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." To the maximum extent permitted by law, WikZ disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WikZ LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the Services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the applicable state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
