Frequently Asked Questions

The app won't open or keeps crashing. What should I do?

Please try the following steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Force-quit the app and relaunch it.
  2. Check your device settings to ensure your iOS or Android OS is fully updated.
  3. Reinstall the app from the App Store or Google Play Store. (Tip: Make sure your game is linked to your Apple Game Center or Google Play Games account to avoid losing your progress).

If the issue persists, please email us. To help us fix it faster, include your device model and your current OS version (iOS or Android).

Will I lose my progress if I delete the app?

If your account is linked to Apple Game Center or Google Play Games, your progress is safely backed up to the cloud and will be restored when you reinstall.

I made a purchase but didn't receive it.

Sometimes transactions take a moment to process. Try completely closing and reopening the game. If your item still hasn't appeared, email us at with a screenshot of your Apple or Google Play receipt, and we will sort it out for you.
