If your account is linked to Apple Game Center or Google Play Games, your progress is safely backed up to the cloud and will be restored when you reinstall.
Sometimes transactions take a moment to process. Try completely closing and reopening the game. If your item still hasn't appeared, email us at support@wikz.games with a screenshot of your Apple or Google Play receipt, and we will sort it out for you.
We highly value your privacy. We collect only anonymous usage statistics (such as crash logs and general gameplay metrics) to help us improve our apps and provide a better experience. No personal data is ever sold or shared with third parties.
