Depending on your use of the Services, you may provide account information such as email when using email login, player profile information such as username or avatar, and support communications submitted via email or our contact form at https://wikz.games/contact.
You can also initiate an account deletion request directly within the Roll Raider app by navigating to Settings > Delete Account.
We do not request sensitive personal identifiers such as government ID, precise location, or payment card details.
If you use Apple Sign In or Google Sign In, we may receive certain information needed to authenticate you, depending on your settings on those platforms.
When you use the Services on a mobile platform, we may collect device and technical information such as device model, operating system, language, country or region, IP address, time zone, app version, and similar details.
We may also collect advertising and app identifiers where applicable, including IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android, device or app instance identifiers such as Firebase app instance ID, and other identifiers needed for analytics, ad delivery, fraud prevention, and performance measurement.
We may collect approximate location derived from IP address or device settings for analytics, localization, fraud prevention, and service optimization. We do not collect precise GPS location.
We collect gameplay and usage data to operate and improve the Services. This may include in-game events, session data, progression and retention analytics, leaderboard participation and rankings, crash reports, logs, warnings, and diagnostic data such as via Firebase Crashlytics.
Payments are processed by Apple and Google. We do not collect or store payment card details. Third-party platforms may share non-financial purchase information with us such as items purchased or subscription status in order to deliver entitlements, prevent fraud, and support analytics.
The game may request permission to send notifications, including time-sensitive notifications where supported. You can control notification permissions in your device settings.
We use information to provide, operate, and maintain the Services including authentication, gameplay, leaderboards, and referrals; deliver purchases, subscriptions, and in-game entitlements; understand usage and improve performance, stability, and features; detect and prevent fraud, cheating, abuse, and security incidents; provide customer support and respond to requests; and comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
We do not sell your personal information in the traditional sense.
We may share information with service providers such as hosting and backend infrastructure providers, analytics providers, crash reporting services, customer support tools; advertising networks and measurement partners to display ads and measure performance; and legal or safety recipients where required by law or to protect rights and safety.
We use third-party SDKs and partners. Their processing may be governed by their own privacy policies.
You can manage certain data collection via device settings including permissions and resetting advertising identifiers. On iOS, access to IDFA may depend on your device or system choices. You may request deletion of data we control as described below.
We operate globally and may process and store information in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate, including cloud infrastructure such as Firebase, which may change over time.
We retain personal information as long as you use the Services or as necessary to provide the Services, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.
If you request account or data deletion for data under WikZ's control, we will delete such data from WikZ systems within 30 days unless we must retain certain data for legal or legitimate purposes.
Third-party partners may retain data under their own policies, and WikZ may not control those retention periods.

To help protect your privacy, we may take steps to verify your identity before processing certain requests.
Personal information is stored on servers in secured facilities and protected by protocols and procedures designed to maintain reasonable security. However, no system or transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100 percent secure.
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or legal guardian of a child under 13, or under 16 in certain jurisdictions in the European Union, who uses our game, please contact us at admin@wikz.games.
If we are able to identify a child's personal information, we will take steps to delete it unless verifiable consent is provided for the child to continue using the Services.
